Is he psycho or somethin?

Well this is my 3rd question regarding a troublesome guy that I've been seeing lately. I recently told this guy that I wanted to make whatever was going on between us serious. We are not in a relationship but we had once and other than that we have just been hanging out. I recently found out that he was seeing someone else but he claims that it's not serious. I asked a couple of my other guy friends and they said that it probably isn't serious with the other girl and that she could just be someone he has been hanging out with but not in a relationship with. Problem is, lately this guy has been picking fights with me and like I said before, we aren't even together! I came home from college about 3 weeks ago (which is where this guy lives in DC) to have gall bladder surgery.
