FLU?!, bad tickly cough, sore throat , keep loosing voice?!?

I keep coughing constantly, and my chest hurts and ribs particularly when I inhale /exhale. My throat hurts, ears ache, head hurts, I can't sleep and I haven't got much of an apetite. What's wrong with me?
