If i get a integra 5 lug conversion, do i get the suspension parts for a GSR or for a type r.?

because i was looking at a set of 5x 114 conversion and they said that no springs or shocks, so that means i have to get a set of coilovers and they also said that there is no lower control arms. which one do i get the regular GSR one or the one for the type r?
