Whats this recipe called?

i made this a while back but lost the recipe. its a appetizer. You have to make the spread which includes bacon, onion, cheese, avocados. You then put in on the bite sized bread and bake for like 10 minutes. whats this called? there may be more ingredients but i just cant remeber atm.
