"dirt" dessert?

My family has always made it the vanilla/cream cheese/whipped cream way. This recipe makes the filling stiffer (easier to dip out) and keeps from a chocolate overload. The cookies make the dirt look, so it still looks like dirt regardless of the inside. I've never had the chocolate, but it sounds okay too (although I think I would prefer the vanilla way).
