I got sick about 3 and a half weeks ago, but I'm still coughing phlegm.?

It's not a lot of phlegm, just a little, but I'm concerned. When I was sick I was coughing terribly, lots of phlegm. But it's been a while, and I don't know if this is normal or if I should see a doctor.
