How can i help with this?

my boyfriend is a rodeo freak. he rides bulls, and all cowboy. He says that he will do anything and everything, that hes not afraid. but he is afraid of flying, being on a boat, and trains. He told me that when I go places (paris, germany, etc.) he wants to go with me, but we cant if he is too afraid to even leave the ground... what can i do?
