Why? Why? What is it with some people who think s are ok, but gay men aren't?

I agree that it's because they picture femme women who fit straight ideas of beauty and uality when they say this -- this paradox mystifies me too. I think it has to do with ism. Straight men find women non-threatening (which is ist), so whatever they want to do ually is OK with them (until the women turn down the straight man, that is). But straight men are threatened by other men, and are taught to show replusion towards "sissies" so that no one will think THEY are a sissy. So, I think that's why straight men say they're disgusted by the thought of two men together. It's an immature and ist belief. I think ppl who express this belief are completely phobic -- they just don't think women can really be satisfied without men, so when they think of "s" they think of straight women who don't mind kissing each other, not actual s.
